Competition terms and Conditions

Note: The prize is titled 'Kashmiri Powder Prize' for '10 days skiing & snowboarding the untouched powder of Kashmir for Free' and valued at $4,500.
The permit number for 'Kashmiri Powder Prize' is authorized under NSW Permit No. TPL 06/06133.

The competition runs from 01/06/2006 to 31/05/2007 and 1 (one) draw will be made from all print and electronics entries received. The promoters of this trade promotion are Deltafire Investments P/L (ATF The Snowflake Trust).

The conditions of the prize are that it can only be entered via the internet at www.currypowder.com.au. The prize entitles one person to a free 10 day holiday skiing/snowboarding at Gulmarg Snow Resort in Kashmir, India flying economy class and staying in standard accommodation with breakfast, lunch and dinner included, with transfers between airport, resort and tours included. The prize is valid for January to March (winter season), and must be taken within 12 months of draw date, no cash or other substitute will be made, however if you have entered and have paid for such product or service with us, we may provide you with another, or refund you money, at our discretion. Winner will be advised by phone on day of draw and by mail and in print in the Daily Telegraph newspaper.
